Starting and controlling the speed of AC-DC Motors in colliery haulage, Steel Mill, specially Winders and Conveyors. Controlling the speed of the AC Slipring Motor in EOT Crane for all motions like Hoist, Travel, Luffing, and Slewing, etc. Master Controller used in Electric cranes or material handling equipment in conjunction with Resistors.

These can be provided with up to Seven notches(7-0-7) in each of the forward and reverse directions. All parts are easily accessible and replaceable. We manufacture two types of Master Controllers, crank handle, and ‘joystick’ type handle. Master Controller of type-J with joystick handle, Deadman’s mechanism is also available. The Control system consists of Contact Block and Cam Assembly is housed in a fabricated sheet steel enclosure. The operator’s handle is directly fitted on the shaft. Starwheel with an unbreakable knob for ease of operation.
